Director David Manley has over ten years' experience in securing planning approval and project managing developments in a range of areas. His wide experience within the public and private sector brings an understanding of the planning process which provides existing or new planning and development projects the very best chance of success.

Focusing on renewables in the last 7 years David has secured over £150m worth of investment in the Anaerobic Digestion industry as well as many agricultural projects which support it.

From large scale gas to grid projects to smaller ‘on farm’ developments the consultancy offers an experience forged out of being a leader in this new technology. In an industry that has evolved rapidly over the last 10 years David has worked through complex planning changes and challenges resulting in over 40 successful planning applications including four successful appeal decisions.

Many of these renewable developments have been project managed on time and to budget; this experience brings an additional understanding of the practical and legal challenges of any development.
